Dr. As’ad Y. Soengkar, S.H., M.Hum., CRA., ACFI. is a prominent Indonesian legal practitioner and the Founder and Managing Partner of Soengkar & Partners, a leading boutique law firm based in Jakarta established in 1995. Having started his career as a solo practitioner, Dr. As’ad has built his firm on a foundation of value creation, strict integrity, and an international, forward-thinking mindset to address the complexities of an ever-changing global environment.
