Biography
Dr. Najib A. Gisymar, S.H., M.Hum., CM, CMSE, CLA, CRA, CLI, CTL is a dedicated Lecturer, Advocate, and Legal Consultant born in Surakarta on October 15, 1969. He completed his comprehensive legal education at the Islamic University of Indonesia (UII) Yogyakarta, earning his Bachelor of Laws in 1993, his Master of Laws in 1997, and ultimately achieving his Doctorate in Law. Currently, he actively practices and serves in Yogyakarta, operating out of his office while also contributing academically to the Master of Law program at Widya Mataram.
Throughout his professional career, Dr. Najib has established a profound track record in handling a variety of complex legal disputes and litigation. He is frequently entrusted by the Indonesian judicial system, ranging from District Courts to Commercial Courts in major cities like Jakarta, Surabaya, and Semarang; to manage commercial disputes and provide expert legal testimony in civil, general criminal, banking criminal, and industrial relations cases.
