Dr. Azet Hutabarat, S.H., M.H. is a highly experienced Indonesian advocate and licensed Receiver and Administrator (Kurator dan Pengurus) specializing in complex commercial disputes, corporate restructuring, and bankruptcy law.
Dr. Hutabarat is widely recognized within Indonesia’s bankruptcy and restructuring circles. He has played an influential role in shaping professional standards, notably serving as the Chairman of the Ethics Board for the Indonesian Curators and Administrators Association (HKPI). In this capacity, he has even provided expert testimony at the Constitutional Court regarding judicial reviews on the Act of Bankruptcy and Payment Suspension.
